A Message For Our Neighbors

BVUUF CONSTRUCTION PROJECT INFORMATION 

FOR OUR NEIGHBORS

Construction starts Monday, February 11, 2019! We are adding a new sanctuary, a wing to house our religious education programs, and other modifications to our existing structure and parking lots. Construction will begin February 11th and will continue for 9 months (270 days). We will vacate our present building during construction and will hold services at the First United Methodist Church located at 1255 Centaur Village Drive. The Contractor, Milo Construction Co., will fence off our property for security. We aren’t sure, at this time, where the fencing will be placed but we hope that access to informal social trails that run through our property will remain open during and after construction, but we can’t guarantee this. We want to be good neighbors and keep our neighbors informed about our construction progress: 1. For neighbors in Centaur Village North (BVUUF’s neighborhood): Periodic updates will be posted on Next Door (Centaur Village North) and Facebook (search for and like: Boulder Valley Unitarian Universalist Fellowship.) 3. If you have issues that you would like to bring to the attention of the Building Committee, please email us at: buildingcommittee@bvuuf.org 4. Contact the Office Manager if you need to reach us at (303) 665-4280 (phone calls will be transferred to temporary office location in Longmont) or at officemanager@bvuuf.org. A Site Supervisor, from Milo Construction Co., will be onsite during construction. His name and cell phone number will be posted once construction starts.
