Building Project Construction Status

1. Installing access panels in the ceiling
2. Cleaning up the site
3. Making sure that the hydrothermal system is running correctly
4. Trimming out mechanical system
5. Installing lights in lobby and Fellowship Hall
6. Installing vent grills
7. Removing concrete blankets from sidewalks
8. Installing electrical trim in kitchen
9. Preparing stucco to receive cap around radius wall
10. Installing marmoleum flooring in classrooms, kitchen, & kitchenette
11. Grading exterior to prepare for hardscape

Week 55 - Wrapping Up

The Building Committee is ecstatic to announce that we have scheduled the long-awaitedWalk-Through/Open House at the newly-refurbished Fellowship building for members on:

• Sunday
• March 8th
• 10 am - 11:30 am  
• Don't forget: this is the first day of Daylight Savings Time.

Members of the Building Committee and the Design Team will be available to answer your questions.

You will need to park on the street, as we don't have a paved parking lot ... yet.  Please be mindful not to block any of the neighbors' driveways. 

Enter through the gate on the east side of the Fellowship (Ceres Drive) and proceed on our brand new sidewalks to the main entrance.

Wrapping Up

Week 54 - The Long Wait

At the Fellowship this week, contractors are:

1. Patching walls where errors were made
2. Purging the thermal system
3. Installing sound panels on the dais by the altar
4. Checking the electrical circuits
5. Hooking up insta-hot dispensers in the kitchen
6. Hooking up the sinks in the men's and women's restroom

The Long Wait

Week 53 - In The Home Stretch

At the Fellowship this week contractors are:

1. Cleaning up the site
2. Installing plywood backer on the dais wall
3. Installing vertical wooden slats on the dais wall
4. Wiring track lights above the dais
5. Installing lights and switches around the building
6. Installing a sink in the janitor's closet
7. Installing water fountains
8. Installing 5 stalls in the ladies restroom.  Yes, ladies, 5 stalls!!
9. Installing sinks and faucets in the kitchen and kitchenette
10. Fine tuning the HVAC
