This report covers mid-month to mid-month.

Significant Milestones

•   Framing basically complete
  
•   Xcel finally ready to install electric power
  
•   Exterior siding installed

•   Grading and curbing of parking lots nearly complete
  
•   Roughing utilities work nearing completion: HVAC ducts, plumbing, electrical,
  low voltage conduit, interior sprinkler system
  
•   Finishing foundations for parking lot lights
  
•   Comcast/Xfinity access trench/conduit complete
  
•   Excess dirt removal complete
•   Landscape sprinkler system being installed (not complete)
